How to request deletion
You can delete your account directly in the Irania app from Profile → Delete my account. The app securely verifies your session, disables the account, and starts a resumable deletion job. The job removes associated data from our active systems; temporary failures or a large account may require retries, and we normally confirm completion by email within 30 days. If you cannot use the app, you can request deletion by email from the address associated with your account so we can verify the request.

Use the button below and keep the subject line unchanged. In the message, include the email address used for your Irania account. Signed-in users should use the in-app Delete my account action for the fastest self-serve deletion.

- We verify that the request comes from the account owner.
- We disable the account and run a resumable deletion job that removes associated personal data from our active systems.
- We delete user-submitted listings, housing and Kolbar posts, jobs, kindness items, education questions/replies, events, deals, photos, descriptions, reviews, and other content connected to the account.
- We confirm completion by email, normally within 30 days.
Some information may be retained when required by law, needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or necessary to resolve a dispute. Independently sourced public directory information may remain when it is not personal account data. You can also ask us to review or remove a directory listing in the same email.
